When you enter the salon, you'll be greeted by one of our team members and asked to fill out a New Guest Form (it's easy, we promise!). You'll meet with your stylist, and she will guide you through a thorough consultation in order to determine the best course of action based on your ultimate goal and your lifestyle. At loks, we value the integrity of your hair above all else. We wholeheartedly believe in being patient when working toward new goals, and taking all steps necessary to maintain or improve the condition of your hair.
Throughout your visit, your stylist will address any questions and concerns you may have about your hair. She'll also recommend the best products to help keep your hair healthy and to help replicate the finished look at home.
We offer a very nice selection of beverages and snacks you can enjoy while you're visiting. Magazines and WiFi are also available to help pass any processing time.
Once your look is complete, your stylist will explain the best follow-up care and offer to pre-book your next visit before you even leave the salon.
